Meet our owner
Hi,
I’m Jessica Wolff, and my journey into health and healing has been a blend of science, personal growth, and a deep passion for root-cause wellness. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Marquette University, and am a board-certified medical laboratory scientist. Before that, I studied Cell Biology at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and worked for six years as a phlebotomist—an experience that gave me hands-on insight into the human body and the lab side of medicine.
Eager to deepen my understanding, I went on to earn a Master of Science in Pathology from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. I’m now completing a second Master’s degree in Health and Wellness Management, expanding my ability to bridge evidence-based science with holistic, lifestyle-driven care. I’m also in training as a Fertility and Prenatal Practitioner, with a growing focus on pre-conception and prenatal health—empowering women to prepare their bodies and minds for healthy pregnancies and vibrant motherhood.
After stepping away from the lab to raise my four children, I felt called to pursue a more integrative path to wellness. I became a certified Integrative Health Practitioner and received advanced training in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) with a focus on mineral balancing. These tools have allowed me to support clients in restoring balance, energy, and vitality from the inside out.
My husband is a steady and supportive presence in our family’s journey. Together, we’re raising our children with intention, pursuing a meaningful home life, and building something that reflects our shared values of faith and purpose.
Today, I combine my clinical expertise with integrative wellness practices to help others reclaim their health naturally, using personalized, root-cause approaches that honor both science and the whole person.
The wellness center is an extension of that vision, a space designed to foster healing, education, and community. By uniting clinical insight with holistic modalities, you’ll find care that meets you where you are and guidance that helps you move toward lasting, empowered health.

Maternal Mental Health
Ashley Goetz
Hi, I’m Ashley—trauma-informed counselor, eco-therapy practitioner, and guide for cyclical healing.
I offer virtual sessions through Simple Practice and in-person sessions in local parks, where nature becomes a co-facilitator in the healing process. My integrative approach blends traditional and third-wave modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT) with creative, somatic, and seasonal interventions—including mindful eco-art, schema work, and body-based strategies.
Rooted in a biopsychosocial-spiritual lens, I specialize in supporting women through life’s layered transitions: hormonal shifts, caregiving roles, reproductive health, and the quiet fatigue of chronic stress. I also bring over a decade of experience working with neurodiverse individuals and those navigating complex mental health concerns.
Whether you're feeling stretched thin, disconnected from your body, or unsure how to begin healing—I’ll meet you with warmth, creativity, and respect. Healing isn’t linear. It moves like the seasons. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
