4 Sessions -1 initial evaluation + 3 follow-ups

• Pelvic floor rehab, diastasis recti management, scar tissue care, managing any postpartum symptoms 

• Return-to-exercise guidance

• Focus: Targeted postpartum recovery to regain strength, function, and comfort.

Standard Pelvic Health Package – 2 Options

3-Session Option: $485

• 1 initial evaluation + 2 follow-ups

• Targeted care for specific pelvic health concerns (incontinence, pain, prolapse, core strengthening)

  1. Comprehensive care for multiple or more severe pelvic health issues

Remote Postpartum Program

Completed via an app and 1 virtual check in per week. 

• Standalone Option: $225

• 6-week guided home exercise program with pelvic floor, core, and overall postpartum recovery exercises

• Add-On Option: Can be added to any in-person package for additional support, 10% discount.
